Give me the values of resistors on the board of marlin 8400 400w power mixer

Are there any colors on the resistor or it is missing. If you know what the voltage and current should be in the circuit you can calculate the resistor value.

is it a K45 or a K45SS? If it is a K45 you will have to replace the filters inside and probably the speed control plate, if it is a K45SS then you need a new phase control board. The K45 is pre 1978 and the K45SS is post 1978. Your information is correct on pre 1978 K45 models that the capacitor is bad, but it might be cheaper to go garage sale hunting and find a second machine as the parts are no longer made and having spares on hand may be a significant advantage in the future, also there are a great many of the K45SS parts that will also repair the K45 mixer so it may not be a practical solution. Watch ebay regularly for K45 parts, they come up every couple of months. On the parts diagram also look for the K5 diagram as it is identical to the K45, one is a 5 quart mixer and the other one is 4.5 quart, same parts same motor same everything.

HI.We cannot really but identify the correct resistor value unless we can identify or determine the color coding on the resistor.Each color has a corresponding value and tolerance as well.If you can't indentify the color coding then you can refer to its diagram usually printed out on the side of the control board or near thecontrol board.We cannot but cannot give a guess value unless color coding is given.Thank you for choosing FIXYA.

i own and at this moment have a behringer opened up because of the same problem you have and ill tell you that 6 electronic shops and all the guys at the forum have not successfully fixed these mixers and its not that its difficult its a manufacturing design flaw in the second board at the output A and output B ports inside the mixer.this board which processes power output from the mixer console out to speakers cannot handle the dual 600 watts (1200 total watts) that is running through it and blows the main coils if you replace the coils it will blow when and if you hit a low/high frequency and it usually happens in the middle of a show when you up the bass or the highs which cause the main transformer/resistors to process too many watts to the coils,either the resistors or the coils blow so the guys at the music/electronics forum are exactly correct but you can get the main board for $44.00 at amazon or ebay so you wont have to spend time and money replacing resistors etc

The resistors are color coded.There should be 3 bands which are slightly separate from the 4th band.The 4th band is usually gold,silver,or i forget the third color which is actaually a %.The top 3 bands can tell me the value of the resistor.If you tell me all 4 colors I should be able to tell you the value,with the gold/silver/whatever as the fourth.The first one should be right near the end or top.The only 1 problem will be trying to determine the wattage rating but is usually very small within a circuit.Greg
