I have a NOKIA 7610 for a long time but a few days ago it suddenly turned off.When I turned it on just the NOKIA sign shows up on the screen and stays like that the whole time.I tried with resetting while holding call/3/* while turning it on but it doesn't work.Any help?
Call Nokia or your phone company. Your phone company is more apt to exchange your phone for the same one. Sounds like the software is fried. best of luck, sorry your having so much trouble!! Hope I helped

*#7370# only resets C: drive. The data stored in this drive will be lost and a company default files will be written. (but it won't work if the files are corrupted)
*#7780# only resets the settings which you changed other than factory defaults. The data in the drive will be safe.
To hard reset your Nokia 7610 please follow these steps;
- switch off your mobile (nokia 7610)
- Hold down the following three buttons: Green (the call answer button), * button, and '3' button.
- While holding these buttons, hold the power button for a second to switch on the phone.
- Release when the phone shows the nokia hands logo or shows other signs of life like the language selection screen.
- Make sure you make a backup first before doing the hard reset. All your data in phone memory will be lost.

you need to format your phone but you may lose all your memory details.
To format your phone hold the following keys{* button, green/call
button, 3 button and the power off button}. Holding these keys will format your button.
