Omg I had the same problem with the pop up.. so annoying but I fix it... ok this is happening because of a new update with google play music..first you gotta turn off auto update for google play music..
1. Tap app from home screen.
2. Tap play store
3. Tap the menu key
4. Tap setting
5. Tap auto update app and place check in "do not auto update"
- After that u need to go back to your old update
1. From the home screen tap menu
2. Tap settings
3. Tap applications
4. Tap manage application
5. Tap all
6. Tap google play music
7. Tap uninstall update
8. The google play music should be back to normal and the pop up should be gone.... it worked for me, hopefully for you too =)

I have same tablet and the biggest problem is USB cable!!!
USB able is made from bad materials and the plastic/rubbery coating of inner wires of USB cable is very easy to brake, then the wires inside of the cable get connected between them selves and all the problem that you have starts.
I had those problems and all was solved by changeing the USB cable.
Changeing the USB is litle bit problematic becous it is connected to the tablet by microconnector that is wery hard to find (for me it was inpocibile). Becouse I couldn't find the matching microconnector I connected new cable to the one on the old cable welding the wires to the ones on the microconector . AND IT WORKED!!!
You may consider to by new tablet becouse this may seam complicated, but for me it was an interesting thing to do and it payed out. Just watch out to connect all the wires properly!!!!!

Hi, i just got the Genius MousePen for Christmas and this exact thing happened yo me. i thought i tried everything! but i was wrong. ok.. first, unplug your pad, then you go to your start menu, go to PenSuitePro, and click the pen commander. it will show a little icon down in your lower right of your screen. then it will work. the only thing i am trying to find out now is how to lift up the mouse pen and leave the writting on my screen. if you know how, please post it.

I had the same problem on Tiger , but not anymore. The tablet does not work on 10.5.1 Leopard at all!
