Hello and sorry to read about your problem.

First, their is no secret code to unlock your phone. The carrier has the ability to unlock your phone. But it must be that carriers phone. you need to contact the carrier, that owns your phone. I far as your private security code PUK,
Example: Phone was on AT&T and you want on T-Mobile..
AT&T has to give you the unlock code.
In addition to that, their is another code which allows you to change carriers, again you must contact the carrier...
NO SECRET CODES FOLKS. Their are online service's that you can pay for a PUK code.

This is a common issue and can easily be resolved. Just go to https://www.google.com/accounts/recovery?service=mail and follow the appropriate steps. If you've forgotten your username as well, there is also an option for that scenario on the page. I hope this will fix your problem.
