The device is performing on low battery power and requiries full recharge possibly a couple hours. How to perform a device recharge
1. power off completely
2. connect to power source with cables provided, expecting to the last the duration of the full charge
3. a full recharge once the process is complete would display a message on the phone.
4. until then, do not unplug

Phone will not power up but battery is fully charged.

FIRMWARE ISSUE... TAKE THE BATTERY OUT N REPLUG IT BACK . IF IT TURNS ON GOOD. ELSE GET THE FIRMWARE REINSTALL THROUGH DESK TOP MANAGER.

Try charging it for about ten minutes then turning it back on.

If this does not work, try a battery replacement.

It is something to do with the power though, whether with charging or with the battery.

Sounds like the battery has failed. Replace it on Ebay for a new cheaper battery than at AT&T.

My BB 8320 will not power up

try turning it on with the battery removed while it is connected to the charger.
if it turns on fine then, it's a battery issue. if it still doesn't come on, i would recommend reinstalling the device software with the desktop manager software. both are available on blackberry.com

Your battery is dead. Over time, the battery will stop being able to tell how much of a charge it still holds and will not die gracefully. Get a new one

Battery won't charge in phone.

Have you tried a different charger? If not I would suggest stopping by one of your cellular providers stores and having them plug it in to see if it works.

This can be caused by a number of things. 1st you need to check the battery terminal connections that connect your battery to the main board. They need to be bend forward to make sure they have firm contact with the board. (you need to open the phone for this)
2nd look inside the USb port where you plug in your charger. Does any of the Copper pins appear out of place (there are 5). Is any of them missing or bent back?
