Suddenly, the coffee grinder does not spin and grind coffee when any of the three coffee buttons are pressed. We are not pressing the 'preground' coffee button either. Now instead of the usual glorious espresso that fixes my caffeine craving every morning, I'm getting water. I tried resetting to factory settings, turning off the machine, cleaning the brew group, rinsing, decalcifying... nada. Is this thing fried, or am I missing something?
Your grinding chamber is blocked, the same happened to me, did it struggle to grind before? try taking the black shoot out the top with the 2 screws( were you would put pre ground coffee in) take the brew unit out(along with the waste water and bean tray), and reach up to where there is a little spring, the spring controls a little door, if you open the door manually and clean out the shoot to the grinder( make sure the machine is unplugged for this), i used the end of a tea spoon and a little hoover. it should work after this
