Hi! my Matsui M100wm09 washing machine didn't drain, i took out my clothes, loosen up the cap of filter/pump cover and removed all the water. i cleaned some deposits and put the cover back. i finished a 30 minutes cycle without any clothes, everything worked fine, but when i put my clothes back and started a 40 minutes cycle, it again stopped at rinse and won't drain. 2 lights (rinse and spin) keep flashing and it keeps beeping. please help

your drain hose is either stuck to far down in the drain pipe or your drain hose is sealed to the point it has no way air can enter the drain pipe which creates a siphining issue. your drain hose has to have a air gap so the siphing can not occur. the end of your drain hose should be no lower than 34 inches from the floor draped into the drain pipe with a way air can enter at that piont.

The machine has a provision for fault codes and the code flashes when a problem is detected. The recent fault codes can also be accessed by activating the diagnostic test mode. The diagnostic test can also be used to determine what part and function is impaired.

Dishwasher not draining issue usually occurs due
to kinked drain pipe, clogged drain filter or drain pump. First make sure that
the drain is not clogged and remove clogs if present. If no visible lint is
present then remove the lower front access panel to check the drain filter and
drain pump for any clogs, you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump
completely. Also, check for any food pieces stuck near the pump impeller &
clean the chopper assembly. Please note that dishwashers don't drain out the
complete water such that heating element doesn't overheat. Hope this helps...
