I want to unscribe "THE DAILY MANAGER" from my printer as I cannot read the french version.This looks like a news letter.Please remove as I have Parkinsons Disease and have had extensive heart surgery.I DO NOT know anything about computers as you can probably tell? I am not supposed to get mad,as this raises my blood pressure.Please can you please help me?

If you have install HP s/w photosmart essential, you can scan material into coputer by selecting the get image function then select from scanner. A window will pop up. In which you can change the scanner parameter setup or accept the pre-scan quality and do the scan right away. Another method is in printer and fax folder, you can find the icon for scanner is located here too. Just click on the icon for scanner then you can get the scan result too. Hope this can help you.

If you just recently received the printer then it is probably still under the manufacturers warranty which means you can return it. The problem you are describing sounds like the printer was damaged in shipping and therefore, in most cases, the manufacturer should replace it for you.
