Service mode I have an sc 543 code on a Ricoh Aficio cp c419dn I need to get into service mode to clear it?

Question edited tor a lot more clarity and add MAKER, but NO MODEL NUMBER! All questions need full make and model.

Reseting SC 543 error code on Ricoh copier

Press CLEAR MODE(yellow) key,
Press 1 , 0 , 7
Press and hold down CLEAR/STOP (red) key for more 5 sec.
Press in the SP Mode( on the touch pane)

Go to sp5810 and reset SC code

Open the front door turn OFF the power main switch, and turn it ON

Ricoh uses error codes in order to alert users that there is a problem with the functioning of the copier. Codes that begin with "SC" refer to issues with the fuser components, which heat up to bind the toner or ink to the paper. While clearing the code can be accomplished by most users, it is important to point out that clearing the code does not fix the problem. Codes that reappear should be addressed by a certified Ricoh technician.

Instructions

1. • 1 Press the "Clear Modes" button. This button will be on the main panel.
   • 2 Press the "1,0,7" keys in succession. You do not have to hold the buttons down together but need to press and release them in this exact order
   • 3 Press and hold the "Stop" key. You will need to hold this button down until the Ricoh enters service mode. The touch screen display will say "service mode" and three soft keys will appear.
   • 4 Press the "Exit" button. This button will be on the touch screen display in the upper right hand corner. Once pressed, the copier will return to normal operation mode.
   • 5 Turn off the main power. The main power button will be located on the side or front of the copier.
   • 6 Turn the power back on. Once the copier is powered back up, the service code will be cleared.

sc 548- service call - fusing unit not set properly
the fusing unit connector may be loose.
u can reset the error by entering the service mode (careful -do not change anything )
to enter the service mode press [all clear](yellow button) ,[1],[0],[7],[clear](orange button)and keep the button pressed for about 5 sec.
go in copier options , then mode 5, then option 810
and execute(or 1 & ok)

have you tried sc reset through the service mode and then turn off .. you can get to this by pressing yellow clear button then 107 then hold down the cancel stop button..wait for the screen to change then go to mode 5 and you need to arrow down to sp 5 810 sc reset execute turn off the copier and try turning on to see if it clears.. if not the ac board maybe defective caused by a power surge or static down the line..

I have sc 548 error code also. I was following your instruction, but i couldn't enter to service mode. How do i prepare it? Please write this instruction to me step by step.

plz do like this after again it shwos same then need to replace parts thermister,and thermal fuses. press the yellow 107 red and hold the red for two mints it shows copy sp.......like switch off on

Laser diode beam not positioned correctly. Turn the machine off and back on and see if it goes away. You can run sp 2109-3 or 2109-4 in the service mode to adjust the beam in service mode by pressing on the yellow button. pressing the 107 keys and holding down on the clear button.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, you probably need a laser which we have one for sale here.

This is a fuser problem,possibly a dirty thermistor, but try resetting it first.....
Press yellow key
key in 1,0,7
then press and KEEP HELD DOWN the orange key until the screen alters into service mode. (about 5 seconds)
Then switch off the copier with the main orange on/off switch. Located just below the front cover....
