Nokia 1100 no net work

When SIMs get a bit old, they get a little worn down and the contacts can get dirty or the fit may become a little loose over time.
Take the SIM out and clean it gently, but don't use any chemicals.
If the SIM fits with a flap that clicks over it, put a pieve of paper over the SIM to make the fit tighter. Make sure the metallic contacts are not covered, just the back.
If this fails, try asking your phone network for a replacement SIM. There may be a small charge for this, but you will keep your number.
Remember to backup all your contacts before you swap your SIM to the new one!

your phone needs to unlock if it showing sim invalid...go to a cellphone shop to a cellphone shop to unlock it or look for online services in the net..if you want a link ,just comment on this and i post some available unlocking service online..

if it doesnot take the sim try another

Once more remove the sim card wipe clean the back portion of sim and also the phone where it sits. Wait for 2 minutes and then put it back restart your phone it will detect the sim.

its either a loose sim tray or a problem with the Sim IC ...... use some packing over the sim card and see whether it works properly other wise you will have to get the sim IC changed
