Hi I'm with UNUM Corp and one of my remote users cant get their 9120 working correctly It's a new 9120 using with a remote handset lifter. If she calls out, she can hear the other person, but they can't hear her. If someone calls her, id doesn't ring. Any thoughts?
I had a 9120 for years, great headset. Change the compatibility wheel and levels on the unit per the instruction book link below. https://www.jabra.com/_/media/Product-Documentation/Jabra-GN9120-Series/User-Manuals/User_Manual_Jabra_GN9120-GN9125_EN.pdf

Hi i also got this problem, when i went to the service centre, they told me that the whole circuit needs to be replaced along with the keyboard. It sounds costly to me.

Hold down the middle button on your headset for 6 seconds until you hear a series of beeps. Then hit the + sign about 2-3 times and then press the middle button again to disconnect. This should fix the issue. Make sure to call someone to test this as you may have just turned the volume up way to high. If that is the case, then you need to repeat this process using the - button instead of the + button.

Hi There, I had the same problem with a headset one of our call centre reps were using. It's usually due to some one fiddling with the button. I got it working by removing the battery from the headset then resinked the headset to the base unit. Hope it works for you

I was wondering if you had installed the external ring sensor, this sensor most be over the telephones speaker, if the speaker isn't under the handset. hope this can help.
SOURCE: outside caller hears themselves in an echo
Echo is usually caused by the transmit (speak) level on the unit being
set too high.
1. First, try lowering the volume of the telephone. If you
still hear an echo, adjust the volume of the headset itself.
2. The master
transmit controls of the headset are the ABCD switch settings on the
bottom of the base. A is the lowest and D is the highest setting.
3. You
can fine tune this setting with the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons on
the back of the charging base.
4. If this doesn't fix the echo, try moving
the configuration dial on the left side of the charging base. The
recommended setting for most phones is 1.
