When brewing any milk drink , the machine make the normal brewing noise but doesnt dispence the milk , only few drops , also when i am doing the milk cleaning cycle , it doesnt dispense the cleaning liquid properly , instead it make hot steam .
It is like something is preventing the brewing , although i cleaned the cappucinator carefully and i did all cleaning cycles.
Hi There is a pin in the cappucinator the needs to be turned slowly to create the venturi action to make it work. If you have lost the pin it won't work.

The milk line ends up full or stagnant coagulated milk stuck to the plastic pipe wall or cooked milk in the heater and frother stem. You need to use enzyme milk powder every time you use milk based drinks. You will need to strip out the milk line and nozzle, soak it and use a small pipe brush. It will bring it back good as new. My experience is with 5 commercial machines serving up to a thousand cups a day. We cleaned twice a day.
Milk may not be frothed optimally. In these cases simply turn the flow regulator as shown in the figure. Turn the regulator 2-3 times to perform a quick maintenance. Note: If the assembled regulator is missing, replace it with the other 3 regulators provided. There is a pump English version of manual pages 101 to 149
First; I am NOT a Caffitaly repairman. Though I have worked on mini espresso machines. Sputtering and/or poor steam is an indication that your brewer is not up to brewing temperature.
** Most of these home machines have a very small boiler or tank. They are designed to produce hot water and sometimes steam to brew a small 'European' espresso. Here in the USA we like our coffee weaker and with lots of 'other' things mixed in. The 'Americano' is the same amount of coffee but with a lot of hot water added. This amount will tax the small boiler to it's limits. Top it off with a grande latte would be probably be beyond it's ability to completely froth/heat this amount of milk. When you order a Latte from a Barista you will note that it takes a while to froth a Pitcher of cold milk. They are using a large espresso machine and probably pulling a double shot of espresso. To make a similar drink with any home machine requires doing everything 'double' or twice brew. (3 times?) You will need to check the 'ready' light to make sure the brewer is up to heat prior to brewing your next cup.
** Suggest brewing a regular size or 1/2 a mug of coffee-latte then come back again later for another fresh hot cup.

have you tried cleaning it as described in your user manual,, can you hit the button for regular grind? there are alternatives, a coffee grinder if failry cheap at 10 dollars US,,
The discs tell the machine how much water to dispense through the disc. Some discs dispense a small amount for an Espresso, others give a larger drink. Normal cups will not fill, you need smaller coffee cups for most Tassimo drinks.
Check the packet to see how much it dispenses and check with a measurement jug to see if it is working properly, you may be surprised to find it is working fine.
• All lights will blink the first time you turn on your machine. This is your cue to prepare your machine for use by following the quick instructions in Step 1 on separate insert. • If the water level runs low while you are preparing a beverage, all lights will flash. Simply remove and refill the water container, and brewing will continue automatically where it left off. It should not be necessary to discard the T-DISC and start over. • The AUTO light will blink throughout the brewing process. Some drinks require a pause in brewing as part of the recipe for brewing your perfect cup - this is to allow the optimal flavors to unfold and is a normal part of the brewing process. The AUTO light will continue to blink throughout this process.
HOW TO MAKE A DRINK • Place the mug of your choice on the cup stand. • When the STANDBY light illuminates, insert the T-DISC® of your choice and close the clamp. • The HEATING light will blink as the brewer heats the water to the optimal temperature for your drink. • Once the proper temperature is reached, the AUTO light will illuminate. When it lights up, press the start/stop button to begin the brew cycle. • The AUTO light will continue to flash throughout the brewing cycle. PLEASE NOTE: Some beverages have a pause in brewing after the initial influx of water into the T-DISC®. • The MANUAL light will illuminate when your drink is ready.
If you use the milk feature, please make sure that you rinse after making a milk drink or the machine will automatically request a milk cleaning cycle which is different than a rinse. For example if you make a milk drink and you skip the rinse cycle and leave the machine without rinsing for more than 20 minutes it will schedule a mandatory milk cleaning cycle.
It is okay to skip milk rinsing if you are making drink after drink as long as you rinse after the last cup.
Hope this helps you out.

In applications with low water pressure, insufficient water volume is introduced during the fabric softener dispensing portion of the cycle to flush the dispenser. RESOLUTION: The holes in the dispenser housing were enlarged to allow a greater volume of water to flow through the fabric softener dispenser to properly dispense the fabric softener. Order and replace the dispenser housing, Part #8181719, to correct the condition
