the label with the adhesive on the back when it go through the heating unit it goint melt will coming off and stick on paper path it cause paper jam, sugest print label use inkjet printer.
The software is not corrupt. The 606 is basically telling you that one of the dots that heat up to make the image on your paper isn't able to heat up correctly. Since the printer can typically shift these dots over from one side to the other to help compensate for these dots going bad, it is also saying that it can't shift either.
You're seeing this issue on a barcode, and instead of a barcode you're getting a gray box. If you're unable to make changes in your code that is going to the printer, that tells it what to print and where, your best bet is to purchase a new printhead form Avery.

Though the issue can be worked around, it is possible that now that you can print that barcodes you want, you may find that new ones won't be able to print because they're printing in that same space where the printer cannot shift dots to compensate for the bad one.

Have you checked that the labels are suitable for this model. There is a code between each label that sets the printer up. If its sending the wrong code then the printing will be eratic or non existent

Description
E-label cannot be read or print cartridge is not properly installed.
Action
Open the front cover of printer and remove the toner cartridge exhibiting error.
Inspect the print cartridge to ensure the e-label reader is attached to print cartridge and is not damaged.
Inspect the inside of printer to verify the e-label does not have any product packing tape still attached.
Inspect the e-label reader to ensure the gold contact points are not damaged or bent. Also inspect the black plastic on e-label reader to ensure it is not bent or broken.
Reinstall the print cartridge.
Power cycle the device.
If reinstalling the print cartridge does not resolve the issue, replace the print cartridge.
