ur coling fan is goimg out,prob ud door sitch is defective' and ur watwer solinoid is not geting voltage, or has gona bad

please do not use hot water.........only clean drain hole with copper wire with very small cloth on
end.sounds like you left door open? adjust feet to allow door to close itself..if left ajar.
fully defrost.clean drain hole.adjust feet. switch on ...

Question: was the fridge running when you went to pick it up ?
Was it already on ?
My thinking is that you have the ice build up problem too and that it never thawed. If you unplug it, thawing could take days. Seriously. If you take the inside panel off and get some heat on it
only an hour or so.
You have the exact same model I do, and it works good, just designed poorly. It needs a drain hole on that condensor.
And your fan probably is fine. Do not spend $500.

Sounds likw the water fill tubs is frozen shut, look where the tube comes into the freezer compartment and take a hair drier and thaw it out. Good Luck

Diagnostic mode will say what any electronic issues are. Check to see if there is, if any, frost build up on the rear panel or ports. If the unit had made any noise in the refrigerator. This unit may have a switching valve for the twin cool, so it could be an issue there.

Control board has gone bad....

What happens is the defrost is controlled electronically from a circuit board, when this goes bad, the freezer quits defrosting, and freezes the fans that circulate air through the fridge side of things.

To check this, unplug the entire fridge, leave the freezer open, wait for it to defrost a bit, if this causes the fridge to start cooling again when you plug it back in, then its the defrost. You should also see ice crystals on the back of the freezer just under the icemaker.

according to the service manuel a blinking light indicates a sensor failure in the section in your case the freezer side but don't panic the unit has an emergency run mode which will keep things at set value till the unit is check in other words like it is now this is a complicated unit so id call for a factory authorized tech to come and check it
