Not able to phone out from extension phone

I'm stuck with this problem and have tried things including resetting to factory settings. I have a home telehone system with the fax being the first device on the line. I also have a panasonic cordless telephone plugged in to the same socket -serial connection I belive. When I try to telephone out using the cordless phone it rings but when the person picks up the line gets cut off! Any suggestions?

Its keeps force closing nearly everything

If you've tried to update your phone's firmware and it failed or installed something that is not compatible with your device (bogus application) this can happen. Only thing you can try is factory reset (it is easiest way).If you can enter your phone settings and under privacy tab, you can select factory reset. If your phone keeps force closing and you can't go to your settings, you will have to enter recovery mode. There are a few ways to enter in Recovery Mode -> video link. Once in a recovery you can easily choose Factory Reset. On upper link you can find three ways to do it, and one way of doing it goes like this, it usually works:
1. Power Off your phone 2. Press and hold Volume Up button + Power button + Home Menu button (just hold all three buttons at same time until logo appears) 3. Select Wipe all data / Factory Reset (you select it with Volume Up and Volume Down buttons and execute it with Power button or in some cases with Home Menu button).
If you watch videos you will find same thing.

How do I reset my lg optimus

See the instructions below how to factory reset your LG Optimus

First, try this:
  1. From the main home screen, tap menu
  2. Tap Settings, then Privacy
  3. Tap Factory data reset
  4. Tap Reset phone
  5. Enter your password if required, then tap Erase everything to confirm
If that doesn't work, or if your phone is frozen:
  1. Turn the power off. If your LG Optimus T is frozen, pull the battery out and reinsert it
  2. Hold the Home and Volume Down button
  3. Press and hold the Power button until the device turns on
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your device

All data including third-party applications will be deleted from the LG Optimus T. Once the wipe is complete, the phone will reboot to its factory fresh state.

The process com.android phone has stopped unexpectedly. please try again. This message comes up on 90 % of my incoming calls. Force close ? Any ideas Thanks

I would start with a Master Reset. That's the best place to start.
Pulling the battery doesn't really do anything but fix little problems.

Resetting the phone deletes all data, including downloaded applications, and resets the phone back to its initial state. Press HOME > MENU, then tap Settings > Security > Factory data reset. On the Factory data reset screen, tap Reset phone and then tap Erase everything. To reset the phone using phone buttons, with the phone turned off, press and hold the HOME, END CALL/POWER, and BACK buttons. The reset process will start after a few seconds

Lost panasonic KXT-7730 password

If you lost the password the only way to get into programming mode is to reset the telephone system to factory default. If you are not accustomed to all programming features this is not recomended because resetting will whipe out all programming including ringer settings, extension names, speeddials, routing and class of service. If you still want to reset let me know.
