Samsung SCH-A870 won't display caller id pictures.

I have a samsung sch-a870 phone and I have assigned picture ids to certain callers. I made sure they show up on the front screen before assigning them, so I know they work, however when a person who is supposed to have a picture id calls, all I get is their name and phone number, but there is no picture. I went to my contact list and even added pictures directly on there and saved and still I have the same problem. What can I do?

At first chack thate photo formate is thise match to u r phone if not change photo formate and try it wii appiar

How do I put a caller on hold?

In my phones you push send during a call to switch lines if someone else is calling you if that is what you mean.

Is the phone set to visible, the settings within the Bluetooth are obviously turned on, but are they also set to visible, if the phone is not visible to other users, whether the Bluetooth is turned on or not the other phone will not detect it.
