Cant send Text messages

Help im at a dead end with my phone :( I cant send text messages to ANYONE not even myself (i tried this) i have the D-900 from samsung and i would like to know if anyone can help me theres this thing that keeps poping up every 5 minutes or so called New CB (200) if that means anything to anyone i wud appreciate if anyon could help :)

1. check massege center number in massage setting option &change it with related with your s.p.

for sending text messages :
1. call to your network operator customer care
2. request the message center number...
3.note it down
4. go to message settings>message center number
5. insert the number which is noted by you and save it
this solves your messaging problem ...

if you have nokia symbion phone so formate it and any brand you have for that you need to check sim center number or reset the phone

On this kind of error, you should contact your Network Service Provider because they can tell you the number of the Message Center Number that will allow you to send and receive messages.
