Have a Toshiba E-Studio 350 in the field, and just lost our Toshiba tech. Copier is showing a wrench. Any recommendations?

Wrench appear in the LCD touch screens mean "call for service". It will freeze the copier from operating until the problem is fixed.

There will be an error code appear when you press "CLEAR" and "3" button at the same time. The error code should appear next to the wrench icon you mentioned.

It is recommendable to get an experience tech to solve the problem for you.
