It makes blank copies. After I tried to clean the drum and removed all the powder in it. Can that be the problem?
What should i do now? Before it was making black lines on the paper.

Does this happen when using the document feeder? If so place the original document on the big glass a make a copy did the lines go away if so when you are using the document feeder you are not using the big glass but the small slit glass check if it is clean. If the line are also on copy when using the big glass you have a problem with your drum, cleaning blade, corona, or fuser unit (hot Part). Have atech check it out, Does it print OK?
you will chek the transfer corona unit and the bise conecting from the
developing area or from the cartradge if thire is no contact point of
bias the blank copy will be ocure and if you are not solve you have to
chek the high tention voltage from the primery corona or transfer or
bias
Clean the Corona Wire carefully to remove any residue. As the charge on the wire is effectivley masked it cannot deposit any toner to the page and will result in a consistent white vertical stripe.
Check the print/copying area to see if those controls have been handled or not. Also remove the wire mesh through which the toner passes through. Clean it well but very gently using a painting brush and a blower. Rest it and try a copy....................sodeep
