Water damage here was a heavy rain outside.i put my mobile phone in my bag but unfortunately rain water goes into my bag and my mobile stopped working. when i take out it from my bag there is lot of water get inside mobile phone and my mobile's flash light (above camera) blinking very fastly i immediately take out the battery. and put my cellphone above the monitor (of pc) for drying. after 5 hour when all water evaporated. I just insert the battery, but the phone don't power on and began to vibrating, i again take out the battery and put it in my desk for fortnight, yesterday i again insert battery and press power key, but nothing happened although vibration has been stopped. I then take it to the service centre and they tell that your warranty has been void due to liquid damage and give me estimate around 6500/- Rs. (135/- US DOLLAR) which is just 40$ less than phone's price, i refused to do the service and take it out. So please is there any solution to my phone WORKS.

To dry it out, put it into a bag of rice for about 3 days. Don't use a hair dryer because it could damage soldered parts or other sensitive pieces. Next time, put your mobile into a small plastic zip-lock sandwich bag or similar. You can still receive calls and make them, and keep the phone dry.
I've seen a fantastic solution for mobile phones dropped in water and the same principal applies... put the camera in a zip lock bag with uncooked rice (lens cap on to prevent scratching. The rice draws out the moisture... it does take a while however, maybe a couple of weeks. Anyway, worth a shot if you're short on cash.

Remove The Battery Immediately 2.clean your battery with a towel or paper and let it dry 3.Use air to force out the water from your mobile phone 4.else you can put your phone in a bag or dry rice over night so that in morning the water will be absorbed by the rice from the cell phone 5.now put the battery in the cell phone and try to switch it on 6.There are chances that the mobile get turned on.sometimes if the circuit is entirely damaged its impossible to recover.. It Sounds like your Tracking is out also when a Scooter is left outside in bad Weather the Pot Assembly Unit Needs to be Replaced as they are To be kept cover at all times as it is an Electronic Pot Meter,and Moisture is not good for this Pot.

Unfortunately, water damage is a hardware issue and can't really be solved unless you replace your phone. Water damage is SOMETIMES covered in warranty so be sure to check with Blackberry's customer support.
you can take the battery and the back off the device and place in completely submerged in a bag of white rice and leave it in there for 1 to 2 days this will help absorb the moisture, this should fix it if the water did not damage the circut boards if the water damaged the circut boards then the device is fried
Depending on the rain most likely it has suffered water damage. depending on how long it has been since it was left in the rain will depend on if you can get it back to life. Tr to put the phone in a zip lock bag with some rice. let it sit for 24 hours. If there is any moisture left the rice will draw it out. however if it's been a while the water damage may be fatal. If you do get the red blinking light on the top, there still may be hope. There is a way to attempt to reload the OS.
it would be best to take the phone now and have a mobile tech look and diagnose the problem to get it back in working order....you don't really want to take chances with a phone that has been in contact with water.
