Can't get rid of the above message. Have tried various solutions including unplugging the power supply and press # 6 etc etc. Have checked the cartridge it has ink. Have also cleaned the connections. Is there a way to override this error messgae.
Thanks and and appreciate your help and time

When the error message popped up on my computer there was an option for tech support. I clicked on that. I went to the HP website. then found my way to tech support. I clicked on what printer I had and it set me up with a chat session.
The person helped me and it is now fixed.
I pressed Setup then 6 then okay
then after that was done I pressed setup then 6 then 2 and okay
now it's fixed...
I hope that this might have helped!

1. Remove all cartridges and turn off printer
2. Unplug printer and wait one minute
3. hold down # and 9 while plugging power cord back in.
4. Wait a few seconds, then press the power button.
5. Display should read "Full Null Reset"
6 Only install color cartridge. Close cover
7. Wait for machine to ask for black cartridge, then open cover and install black cartridge.
8. Close cover
9. Alignment page should be printed automatically.
