Hello i am at the point of throwing my phone in the trash-i hve a phone that will not access my contact menu,i can open and see the contact list but when i try to call from the list or even look up a number i get a statement''the application Contact Storagehas stopped unexpectedly please try again---force close'' at&t talked me into zero out my phone to zero total memory---reloaded all my data and same issue. installed sd and sim card in another older smasung phone and all data worked fine--no issues. is there a program i need to reload or new driver----i am due for an ne phone but not sure i want to . best phone i ever owned was the original razor phone.

1. Open the phone application and go to the dial pad.
2. Press the menu button on the phone.
3. Tap "Call Settings" > "Call rejection" > "Auto reject list".
4. Tap the trash can in the top right corner.
   
5. Check the contacts you would like to remove.
6. Tap "Delete" in the top right corner.
7. Tap "Delete" in the pop-up window.

Your contact list will be immediately updated with the new contact's information. Delete a contact by checking the box next to his name. Click "Delete." Pick "Favorites" from the drop-down menu. The contact has now been added to the Hotmail favorites list. Delete a contact from the favorites list by clicking on "Favorites" in the left-hand menu. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue with your Safari web browser:

• From your desktop, click anywhere on a blank space on your desktop. Now you should see Finder listed near the Apple menu icon.

• From the Finder menu, click on Go, then Home from the drop-down menu. This will take you to your Home folder.

• Locate and open the Library folder

• Within Library folder look for the Preferences folder and open it.

• Locate and remove to the Trash, these files:
com.apple.Safari.plist

Once you have removed these files, then click the back button on your open Finder window. This will return you to the Library view.

• Locate and Trash the folder entitled Caches

Once you have done that, close all windows, click on the Apple menu icon located in the upper left corner of your screen and select Logout <username>, so you can log out of your user account.

*Once you are logged out, simply log back in. This actions will restore all the files and folders you just trashed, with new copies of each of them.

*Now attempt access Safari and see if it launches normally.

To connect to the internet using GPRS/3G, open the All Programs screen and then tap Settings > Wireless controls > Mobile network settings.
To setup an access point automatically, tap the switch beside the Automatic setup option to turn it on.
To create a new access point, tap Access Point Names. Press the MENU button and then tap New. Enter the access point details and then tap Save.

NOTE 1: An internet connection (GPRS/3G, etc.) is required to access this service. Your operator may charge for using GPRS/3G.

NOTE 2: To open the All Programs screen, please see the FAQ "How do I open the All Programs screen?"

NOTE 3: Contact your mobile operator to get the settings for your carrier, if needed

to use internet by nokia 3110c as a modem , you must activate any internet packs to use freely , then follow the simple steps ,,

step one open menu -----> settings-------> configurations -----> default configurations ---> ( all the configuration setings will provided by the mobile operators )---- select your operator from the list step two activate the configurations of your operator ----------> activate default in all applications > select the preffered access point ------------- done now you are able to use internet on your pc and mobile ,,,

you do not need any personal configurations to use internet

u jst hve to put a access point in ur real player of nokia...........u cn do this by following these steps menu>application>real player>options>settings>connection>network>default access point>choose d access point given by ur service provider(for eg. for airtel its mobile office)>get back to home screen nd restart ur phone nw...........................nd u ill b able to c vids of youtube or other site...............:)

but make sure you downlad all the access points and settings from ur provider.for that contact your customer care.

You could sell it on Craig's List and get some cash.

this can be possible becoz of 2 reasons
1. U dont have any access point defined. So do one thing .. call ur network operator and ask them to send u the settings for mms. now store these settings and see if u r able to open this menu
2. THere is a bug in the OS. u will have to format ur phone.. *#7370# code(12345 default)..this solution will definately work and if u dont want to waste time calling ur operator format ur phone but backup ur data before doing tht
