Evacuate the hydraulic tank and clean with kerosene.Get as much fluid out of the machine as possible. Replace Filters and if it builds back up with metal SELL SELL SELL it or your in for some big money repairs.

this can be several things wrong , but id start by the basics , new fluid , new filter , check/clean strainers then move on to more serious things like directional control block , and pump/bypass vlv also depending on what type of spool locks you have on your directional control block vlv's , a internal leaking cylinder can do this as well
Hi have u tried breaking the fuel line after the primer pump 2 see if u hav a strong flow using the pump. If not u might hav blockage at bottom of fuel tank and it may require clean out?
