Bought a novo 10 hero tablet that didn't come with a charger. first charger I bought had a 5v-2a output. the charger wouldn't charge at all and nothing happened, I assumed the tablet was broken but then I read that I needed a 12v charger. I then went and bought a 12v 0.5a ac adapter the tablet started up and charged fine for approx. 3 hours after updates were installed a red exclamation mark appeared in the battery symbol it said 47% before this popped up. apparently the tablet burned out the charger I then bought another charger 12v 500ma this time the unit never came on or actually functioned. the new charger would work in other devices fine I tried it just to test it. after 40 mins of trying to charge the tablet the charger now doesn't work with any devices at all. the tablet keeps blowing charges and wont charge at all. please help
If tablet keeps burning out charges it is due to the fact that an internal short in the tablet is making the charging unit exceed its parameters and allowing it to burn itself out. The issue is with the tablet, not the chargers.

Sounds like it is not charging.
The unit will power on momentarily if low batter but power off straight away
Get an electrical competent person to check the output of the power unit or use know good unit.
