you have a short in this circuit, it must be repaired before you stick that fuse in. a wiring diagram is how you can trace that circuit, testing each wire for continuity, or a short, is the only way to find your problem.

Runnigg/dash lights fuse blowing

Sounds like you have a short. You will need to get yourself a tester light specifically for shorts. Inatall that in place of the fuse and activate your dash/running lights and see if the tester light up if it does then a short is present. At that point you need a wiring diagram of said circuit and try and locate where the short is. If your not expierienced at this i advise seeing a reputable garage.

There is only one circuit. You have to trace the wire from the fuse to find the short. The wire runs to all of the parking and tail lamps as well as the instrument panel, thru the dimmer. If you find connectors along the way, disconnect them to find out if the short is beyond or behind the connector, using an ohmmeter.

Drove for about 10+ hours fine then stopped for food. When try to start back up 15amp fuse was blown. Replaced fuse and was able to drive for about 2 hours then blew the fuse again. Replaced fuse. Now...

There is an electrical short in that circuit and the fuse is blowing to protect the rest of the circuit components and wiring from overheating--which could lead to a fire. This will take some time to troubleshoot as running down a short is time consuming and tedious work. If there is any way you can get by without the circuit, do so until you can take the time to find the short.

The "back up" fuse may have the white back up lights on it and the license plate lights. I would look to see if any of the bulbs have corrosion around their sockets. Look in your owner's manual to see if there are any other items on that circuit. Ideally, you should disconnect or unplug every item on the circuit. Put in a new fuse. Then connect one item at a time until the fuse blows. The last item you connected has the short or the short is in the wiring to that item.

The brake lights dont come on when press bulbs have been change

check the fuse for your brake light circuit. get the manual out of the glove box and see which fuse operates the brake lights if not marked on the fuse box itself. if blown, replace with same amp fuse. if it blows again you have a short in the brake light circuit and you will have to run it down. look for any bare or exposed or burnt(melted) sections of wire. if its not obvious you will have to use a meter to check for certain and isolate the location of the short. good luck. never put a larger fuse in the fuse box than whats recommended as the wires are matched to the fuse and you could cause serious damage to the wiring circuit if you do that. find the problem and fix it properly.

Blowing fuses,abs light comes on-running lights go out.Ran fan doesn't work,something with this blows the 25 amp fuse.Usually as soon as I turn the key to the on position. Any Ideas thanks

Blown fuse means there is an increase of current due to an increase of load or a short. You may want to check the wiring harness that has the wires of those not running that you have mentioned for open circuit, corroded insulation, loose cable, ect that needs replacement and mending.

Insterment panel light out.

When you say you replace the fuse 3 times, is because the fuse have blown? If so, there is a short in the system and will need expert help to trace the short.
Does the day time running light stay on during day light hours and does the lights comes on without activating the headlight switch during night hours when the park brake is released?
If so, this of course is normal condition. If not then the day time running light circuit needs diagnosing along with the body module circuit. Headlight switch will also need to be tested.
