I called Jabra Support and they are sending out another unit. The technician indicated that the battery is likely defective and is not field replaceable.
Delete the problem unit off the phone's list then turn the phone off then back on. Next you will have to go through the pairing procedure for the headset again.
hello mom. try putting your phone into activate new device and than your tooth into discover mode, than your phone will ask you for password key and put in 0000 and press the o.k. button and pair it. it works most of the time. good luck.
Make sure your cell phone's bluetooth is activated. Once you do that, you should be able to hold down the main button on the Jabra and once it turns on, it will connect with your phone.
right out of the box i had the light flicker on me too. if you don't have warranty or receipt like i did try this. i'm not responsible if it doesn't work after!
peel off the blue part of plastic that has jabra on it. take a screwdriver and unscrew the star screws. take the cover off. using some wires, briefly connect a battery (i used a wireless drill battery) to the leads of the bluetooth battery. you'll see a spark.
This is what I did: 1. open the headset by following these steps: http://www.instructables.com/id/Jabra-BT-350-Disassembly-and-Repair/ 2. measure the voltage of the battery. If it is too low, the internal charger circuit may not like it. Mine was 2.6v. 3. Charge the battery "manually" by connecting to 3 serially connected rechargeable batteries (final voltage should be around 3.7v). Three NiMH AA batteries are fine. 4. Reassemble and hope your headset is back to business.
