didn't work-is there a sensor on burner or fuse/connection that could account for my frigidaire gas dryer from fully heating?--it worked fine last week

Crown series gas dryer by Frigidaire gets hot, all lint is cleared from hoses and lint trap. Takes twice as long to dry my clothes as it used to.

Sounds like you have a cloged vent i normally get a few calls in the winter timer for this problem because the vent is clogged outside due to the snow remove your vent try the dryer to see if it dries if yes check your vent

My frigidare heavy duty crown series gas dryer is n0t heating and barely able to dry my clothes--what could be the problem and how can i fix it

Hello Chuck, thanks for your inquiry
Based off the information you have provided I have identified a few possibilities as to why your dryer is not heating could be the element, thermostat, or control panel. Each component controls the heat within your dryer and if one goes out it is possible that can cause the rest to not function properly. To accurately find out the reason to why your dryer is not heating I would recommend having a professional come out. Hopefully this is helpful. -Matt

Brown Burn Stains and little holes from FRIGIDARE GALLERY HEAVY DUTY STACKABLE DRYER

If you are using LP gas make sure the dryer is set to LP on the regulator. If a natural gas dryer is run on LP you will get way to much flame.

Frigidare Gas Dryer - get some heat, but NOT hot enough!!

You say its a gas dryer...there is no element. Have you cleaned the lint trap. Is the vent clear of obstructions? I suspect one of these issues will be the problem

Dryer timer is not working and won't heat but runs fine

check the ignitor. That's a very common cause for no heat in a gas dryer. other possibilities are the coils, or it could be that you have a bad fuse in the dryer.

Kenmore 90 series gas dryer, NO HEAT!!!

Hi, if you get no glow on the ignitor and you have voltage its the little white two terminal fuse on the exhaust side that has no continuity on the series 80 it has 2 blue wires, these complete the circuit for both gas valves and the ignitor. If you have an ohm meter it you will find it rite away. Hope this helps.
