Schwinn women's 26" Windwood front fender doesn't fit correctly.

The front fender hits the body of the bike when the handlebars are turned. How does the fender go on correctly? The instruction manual is worthless. I've looked up pictures of the bike online to get a general idea of how it goes on but I can't get it to work.

Thanks. I had purchased the bike online and ended up taking it in to the actual store. The frame had been bent during shipping (this wasn't the only issue, the bolt that connects the handlebars was bent). They refunded my money and I bought a new bike - in person -  from a different store.

You have it on backwards.  I had the exact same problem.  Turn the fender around so that the arms that connect to the axel are pointing forward.  They are going to be almost parallel to the ground.  Easy Peasy lemon Squeezy.

I found a very old Scwinn 26" boy's with a 3 speed coaster brake on it. I figure someone swapped it decades ago. Do you know how far back that 3 speed w/ coaster bakes goes?

Three speed Schwinn's go back to the late 50's and 60's. Just type Schwinn Photos in the command line on the internet search page area and a full page of pictures will come up. Here you may see the exact bike you purchased with the descriptions.

My wife has a Schwinn Windwood. The sprocket on the rear wheel keeps popping out. How can I correct this?

It's not clear what you're describing but a Bicycle Shop could cast an eyeball on it and tighten that which is loose. Or maybe you can find the problem and a solution here...

The left pedal on my windwood will not go in correctly. I had no problems with the right pedal at all...the pedal will not turn/ screw in.

The pedal is threaded opposite the right side pedal. Try screwing it in the other way.

To insert your right pedal you had to screw the pedal toward the front of the bike, the same will be true on the left side. Before you start however make sure your left pedal has an "L" on it indicating it is for the left side.

The left pedal to my Schwinn Windwood women's cruiser will NOT go in. I have verified that it is the left pedal and had no issues getting the right pedal in. What can I do?

Answered in your previous post, The left pedal is opposite threading. You screw the pedal in the same direction as the right side - toward the front of the bike.

Facing right side crank - Right pedal screws in normal, toward the front of the bike.

Facing left side crank - Left pedal screws in counterclockwise, toward the front of the bike.

In putting together my 26"

Loosen both nuts on front wheel.
Stand bike straight up, or set bike upside down on seat and handlebars.
With fingers on fork and thumb on wheel, pull wheel so it is centered on fork.

Now tighten one nut part way. Keep holding wheel.
You may need somebody to help.
Then tighten other nut.
Go back to fist nut and tighten a bit more.
Repeat back and forth tightening until nuts are tight and wheel is in center of fork.

Can I add a front hand brake to my Schwinn Electra Huli Huli Bike? It only has coaster brakes now. Thanks.

If there is a hole in the crown of the front fork (look directly above the tire where the two fork blades come together) then you can attach a brake.

You will want to go into your local bike shop and have them install the brake properly. They will also be the ones to tell you which type of brake will work with your fork/ rim combination. This is easy when the bike is in front of a qualified mechanic, but impossible without seeing it.

Chain slipping after changing tire

You may have knocked the gear derailleur when fixing and re-fitting the rear wheel. This can knock the derailleur out of whack slightly and will need proper adjusting by your local bike shop.
