P21 & P8 are errors of yellow drum cartridge, replace yellow cartridge.

check The Transfer Belt or it can be the Black Image Unit . (P9 & P21 normally: black Imaging unit) but P21 can also be refered to Transfer Belt). ..

p21 is stabilization failure. Try and clean the IDC sensors that sit below the transfer belt. also you can initialize and stabilize a few times in service mode as sometimes this can rectify a P21 issue. If all fails then it could be the actual ITB causing the issue

try to go to your printers and faxes it is located in the start menu.
