Look for a button on the back of the camera saying "info" or something similar. Pressing the button will step you through a few different information screens along with not showing information from the screen.

Hi , Go to Control Panel \ folder options \ view \ show hidden folders . If yhis does'nt work , go back to Control panel \ administrative tools \ Computer Management \ Disc management and give a letter to the devices . Good luck !
