You can remove the acess panel fornthlower front, and the heate and thermostats are located on back wall, check for continuty, in hte thermnaostats and heater

If you are having problems with your gas dryer not heatingthe most common problem is that the ignitor goes bad. Even though it glowssometimes it is still not working properly.

If you have an electric dryer, you can have many differentthings that can go wrong causing the dryer not to heat.

Check the thermal fuse first. It is located under the top. It is pretty easy to get to. I assume you have checked the breakers and the wiring from the receptacle to the dryer itself.
It may be the thermal fuse but it could also be the heating element. The way to check is to open it up as described above and run the dryer. Watch the element and if it turns on then off again immediately then it is your thermal fuse. That is only about 15 dollars to fix and you can get a new fuse at any appliance repair shop. If the element doesn't ever come on then the element is burnt out and needs to be replaced. This is a little more expensive.
