If the ignitor continues to click and spark after the burner is lit you have a faulty "ignition module" and it will need to be replaced. Here is the part to order.

Changed manifold gasket on my 2001 jeep grand cherokee laredo 4.0, 4x4, auto-trans. still ticks/knocks,but also warmer it gets more smoke comes up from under intake/manifold.

Smoke could be cause by oil heating up...need oil to burn up, before it will stop smoking...unless you have an oil leak in the area.

I just bought a 2002 kia rio. The car smells like burnt hot glue. It also ticks while driving. The check engine light is on. Also I feel as if it runs slow after having been at a stop sign. On top of all...

Youre going to have to get the vehicle scanned and report the codes. The ell and the ticking could be due to low oil which probably leaked on to the exhaust and is getting burned.

I was just cleaning my cooktop and now I'm getting a constant ticking noise. I turned all burners on, left them on a short time, turned them off and it's still making the fast ticking noise. Is...

what that clicking is , is the ignitor trying to light the burner, its electronic, and if it continues it will eventually burn out, more than likely what happened is that moisture from cleaning got into the knob and control for that specific burner, and needs to dry out before it burns out, , you can try turning that one burner on and off a few times o see if that shuts it down, if it doesn't,, unplug the unit, and wait until it dries out on its own

Something simple probably, I figured it out before but now I'm just too frustrated to remember how I did it. Problem is..."Please make sure ISO9660 + UDF 1.02 file system is selected" WHERE...

Make sure the checkbox besides the video files you want to convert and burn has been ticked. If there is none video been ticked, the program prompts when starting conversion or burning. When all the checkboxes are ticked, the video files added in will be converted and burned following the order of the file list.
Sothink Movie DVD Maker supports burning movies to various discs like DVD+R, DVD+RW, DVD-R and DVD-RW, and it also supports burning movies to different target disc sizes like "DVD-5" and "DVD-9". Those target video settings are all set in General Settingsor Advanced Settings panel.
Note: If you would not like to burn movies once the video files conversion is completed, please un-tick the checkbox "Check disc status before starting encoding" under dialog Options. Meanwhile, please make sure there is no disc in the CD-ROM.

If there is no DVD writer in the PC, when the video conversion and DVD menu creation are completed, it pops up a dialog to prompt that a folder for the DVD structure has been created successfully. Just click button "OK" in the dialog to open the folder and burn all the files in that folder to disc using your burning tool.
Please make sure ISO9660 + UDF 1.02 file system is selected while burning the disc.

hope this helps

Jaguar 2.7 diseal -s type. when i put my heater

Hi

Very common on this car is the EGR valve, it is basically an Exhaust Gas Recycler it reuses the unburnt fumes from the exhaust and pushes them back through the engine to burn again. If this part has failed or has become dirty which is quite often the case on Diesel cars then it would certainly cause the smell in the cab and the ticking.

It's worth mentioning that these can be very expensive around £250 at worst but in most cases you can remove them your self and clean them with carburetter cleaner, don't use anything else though.

Inside the EGR valve is a small sensor not dis similar to that of an air sensor, just spray it with the cleaner leave it to dry naturally and then refit it. if it has worked you will notice the car will feel more responsive to. and the ticking would stop.

Hope this helps

Second hand stops, then ticks four ticks very fast then stops,

It may be that the battery is getting near the end of its life.
