Need installation software for rca voice recorder # RP5120.

I have an rca voice recorder # RP5120. I lost the software to install it on my computer but I still have the cable. Is there a place I can down load it?

    I have an RCA RP5120-A and did not recieve the software with the purchase of the recorder. When I connect it to my computer, the computer asks for the drivers to be installed. Help!

My recorder is locked and I can't locate the manual to unlock it! RCA RP5120-A
Hi,

The manual says this about it;

Keys lock
To avoid accidental key activation, slide the key lock selector toward the lock icon to lock the keys.

Reverse the step to unlock them.

I CANT DOWNLOAD RP5120 SOFTWEAR TO MY PC
1. Connect your device prior to installation
2. Click on this download link.
3. Select "Save" and select the appropriate folder to save the installer.
4. Run the download installer and follow the instructions to complete installation.

The software is not MAC compatible.

Need to know how to Manually reset RP5120-A
Plug in your recorder using the USB cable. Copy any of the files you see to your PC. Then reformat the drive. I don't have the exact details for doing this under windows but I fixed the problem this way.

Go to RCA web site, look for download or support or alike (don't remember exactly), after a few steps, it has Adobe manuals for 5010, 5012, 5020. I have downloaded them.
