Where can i get the firmware update for the lg cookie kp500at_v10c version. Cuz i downloaded the lg suite and it tells me the my phone is not connecting to the computer and stuff.

LG mobile uk, have now released the newest firmware for KP500 Cookie V10d, BUT with also the Flash Loader Utility Programme that has stopped many of us upgrading the mobile, I have waited 6 months!!! But as of yesterday I was able to finally install new firmware. Follow the instructions, installing software PHONE SOFTWARE UPDATE then when you install it will take you through each step and install flash programme and drivers, once these are install it will ask you to take out your battery and connect the mobile to usb and pc, this will load the flash loader with success. Then remove usb pop battery back in connect mobile with connectivity PC Suite and away you go, it took about 25 mins and i am with Vista. Hope this helps so many. If you have a CD, which should come together with phone, try installing that version of LG PC Suite, because it's LG PC Suite 2. And for the firmware, as far as i know v10c is the newest version for now.
Just remember that it's still a new phone, windows software might not be completely compatible with it yet, thus the errors. Try searching the net and Lg sites for the right programs to configure the pc suite for your lg.
I cant send or receive any mms called t mobile and they tried to fix it but couldnt so what do i do now

The software kept going round in circles asking you to install the usb driver.
I uninstalled the PC suite connectivity software and then the update worked I followed the instructions and it upgraded the v10f version

when i get to the point where it has downloaded the update, it says that the connection to the phone has been interupted
the phone reboots then updater says "connection interrupted - try again"
I'm using Windows Vista - I'm getting a message that the "Flash Load Utility Driver" was not installed successfully after the Analysis and Download tabs were complete and the Upgrade tab had just started..
I emailed LG Mobile Support twice with full details - they have referred me to their Customer Support telephone helpline...
V10d is the newest firmware in the UK.
Same problem, after downloading the software it tells me to remove battery and re-connect as problem communicating with the phone. Have done this 6 or 7 times with no luck VERY frustrating!!
It seems as if LG are incapable of writing software that works!
OR CARING ABOUT THEIR INABILITY!
I am sure they will blame Windows problems but Sony Ericsson manage it
Pryderi.. I tried the same as you.. uninstalled pc suite II but it's still downloading the same usb modem driver over and over again. Could you tell me in steps how you managed to update your phone? It's driving me crazy and I just want my phone to work :(
