First, turn on your computer or laptop. Then, go to Chrome browser. On the top-right side of the screen, you will find a "menu" button. Look for three horizontal bars if you cannot find it. Click on it to open. The option will expand to give you a list of items. From there, find the "settings" option and tap on it. As you click on it, the settings of Chrome will open in a new browser tab.
Now, look for "advanced" option and click on it. You may have to scroll down a little. Under the "privacy and security" options, you will find "content settings". As you tap it, it takes you to a new list of options. You should then look up for the "pop-ups" option.
Clicking on it will relocate you to a new list of options. The first one show "blocked". It means that the pop-up in Chrome browser is on. Tap it to disable, and it will become "allowed".

I can solve your problem, just follo these steps:

In Vista --> "Control Panel"(In Classic View) --> "Default programs" --> "Set Associations".
Scroll down until u see the header called "Protocols"
under Protocols, there highlight "HTTP" and click Change program.
Now select your Fav. Browser.

Your problem is solved. If you still unable to do it,I'll help you in detailed.

How do i configure my pop-up blocker

Open up Google Chrome (I'm assuming you mean the pop up blocker for Chrome since you posted under the Google Chrome section). Click on the Customize and Control Google Chrome button (it's a wrench in the very top right). Select Options from the drop-down menu. On the Google Chrome Options window, click on the "Under the Hood" tab. Now select the Content Settings button. Click on Pop-ups in the Content Settings window. Here is where you configure your Pop-up Blocker. I suggest you select "Do not allow any site to show pop-ups (recommended)." If you're attempting to let a specific website or two utilizie pop-ups, click on the Exceptions button. On the Pop-up Exception window, click add, and now type in the website address for the website that you wish to use pop-ups.

How do you turn off pop-up blockers in Google Chrome?

to temporaryly disable a popup blocker hold down Ctrl key when pressing the link that will bring up a popup or while a page is loading that pops up a popup that you want to see just hit reload and hold down CTRL.

you can turn off th epopup blocker completly (not recommended) by going to Tools > Options > Under the Hood > Content settings... > Pop-ups
