Circuit diagram for ESP2 singer steam press

I do not have access to specific circuit diagrams for the ESP2 Singer Steam Press. However, I can provide some general information that may be helpful.
The ESP2 Singer Steam Press operates by using an electric heating element to heat a water reservoir, which produces steam to press clothes and fabrics. The electrical circuitry of the steam press includes a power switch, heating element, thermostat, thermal fuse, and indicator lights.
The power switch controls the flow of electricity to the steam press, allowing the user to turn it on and off. The heating element heats up the water in the reservoir, producing steam that is released through a pressing plate. The thermostat controls the temperature of the heating element, ensuring that the water is heated to the desired temperature. The thermal fuse acts as a safety device, preventing the steam press from overheating and potentially causing a fire. Finally, the indicator lights inform the user of the steam press's current operating status, such as whether it is heating up or ready to use.
If you're experiencing issues with your ESP2 Singer Steam Press, it's recommended that you consult the user manual or contact a qualified technician for assistance. Modifying or repairing electrical equipment without proper knowledge or training can be dangerous and may cause injury or damage to the equipment.

Polti steam cleaner water empty light staying on

If the water empty light is staying on when the water tank is full in your Polti Pro95 steam cleaner, it could be due to a malfunctioning float valve or a faulty water level sensor.
Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Check the float valve: The float valve is responsible for regulating the water level in the steam cleaner. If it is stuck or malfunctioning, it could be causing the water empty light to stay on. To check the float valve, remove the water tank from the steam cleaner and inspect the valve for any signs of damage or blockages. If the valve is damaged or blocked, replace it.
  2. Check the water level sensor: The water level sensor is located inside the steam cleaner and is responsible for detecting the water level in the tank. If it is malfunctioning or faulty, it could be causing the water empty light to stay on. To check the water level sensor, you will need to disassemble the steam cleaner and inspect the sensor for any signs of damage or wear. If the sensor is damaged or worn out, replace it.
  3. Check the wiring: If the float valve and water level sensor are functioning properly, the issue may be with the wiring. Check the wiring between the sensor, float valve, and control board for any signs of damage or wear. If you notice any issues, repair or replace the wiring as needed.
If you are not comfortable performing these troubleshooting steps, it is recommended to take your Polti Pro95 steam cleaner to a certified repair technician for further diagnosis and repair.

When I turn on Red light then green light and no steam or no noise at all.

Try vinegar in the unit first. Let it sit overnight then turn it on and test. If it still won't steam, try CLR 1:1 ratio and repeat steps above. Repeat until unclogged. Use ONLY distilled water in your unit going forward.

FH50005 carpet cleaner stopped running after 2minutes of 1st use.

Hi Rae! You may have a tripped breaker or blown fuse if the cleaner shut off your first two minutes of use. Replace fuse and reset breakers if needed. Also check that the plug is plugged in firmly into the outlet. If the cleaner still won't turn on we recommend taking it in to a Hoover authorized service center for repair. Follow the link to locate the nearest service center to you. Service Center Locator
