I think your sim is in problem.It is not sim lock or network lock problem.Please don't think like this.You can try inserting new sim card in the mobile phone and then if same problem occurs you can visit nearest service store and check sim card slot.They will fix it.Good Luck Dear.Have a nice and great Day dear.By Raising blogstar.

Inset sim even when there's one in it

Have you tried several different SIM cards to make sure the fault is not with the SIM? If the problem persists with other SIM cards, try to carefully wipe the SIM contacts in the phone with a clean, dry lint-free cloth (be very careful because the SIM contacts are very fragile and easily damaged). If that doesn't work you will need to take the phone to a reputable mobile phone engineer or Nokia Service Point for further investigation.

Wont read my sim card

you will need to reboot it. actually master reboot. warning, doing so will erase all files that are not part of the phone originally so all texts, pics and what not will be lost if you do so. here is a link to show you how http://forums.wireless.att.com/cng/board/message?board.id=LG&message.id=32757 hopefully this helps

1. Yes, that's true this might be ur handset's sim slot problem, to confirm about that inset another sim in ur handset, if ot doesn't work then go to nokia care.
