Front display the phone was droped, & know the external display is very pale looking, i have to hold the phone in an angle to view.

1) If the external monitor LCD goes 'pale black', the problem is the graphics chipset.
This I do not believe

2) If the laptop LCD goes pale black, this I believe.

The 18-105mm lens at the 18mm end of the zoom range is a pretty fair wide-angle lens. Look through the viewfinder and turn the zoom ring (the big wide ring at the front of the lens) one way and then the other. The 105mm end is the view that looks like you're using binoculars, the 18mm end is the view that looks like you're using binoculars backward.

It seems the phone fell from you or you hit the phone surface with a hard surface for your screen to be malfunctioning because it is possible that the screen is not firmed to the panel any longer and you will need to affirm it.

Get a torx6 screw driver.

First thing you need to do is to power off your, remove the baattery, and sim card, Turn the phone over and gently remove the front cover.

After you have pull off the front cover, you can go on with the torx6 screw driver to tighten all the screws that hold the screen of your phone to its panel very well and recouple the front cover back.

Put your sim card and battery to power on, with this it should stop the pale screen.

More than likely both hinges are broken (the screen pivots to the hinges). Nothing to do but to replace both L and R hinges.

check in the back of the phone and look for a sticker and the color your looking for is ether red or white. If you see it and if its red then the phone has been water damaged and thats the cause of its reaction but if its white then the phone has either been droped or something like that which means that the board was either damaged or it just simply lost its programing. Think of it as like when a computer crashes.

Tilt the scanner in a different direction while looking at the display. Do you see anything on the display when you look at it from a different angle? Sometimes manufacturers don't put the LCD display in correctly, and because LCD's have a really small viewing angle it can result in not seeing what is displayed.
