Both my sons are having trouble with their new zeepads. They freeze at times, and one looks like the inside screen is shattered glass. How can we get the screen/zeepad repaired? I bought them mainly for educational apps to help with school subjects. Please advise. Thank you.
Unless you manually want to repair the screen, you should take it in to someone who will look and fix it for you.
Mahmoud, you right. As a tech of 40 years, its not going to be cheap to repair it unless you have all receipts and can send it to the manufacturer. Number 2, it's most likely cheaper to pur have another unit ( I have seen them on no more racks for $29.00 ). I thought I had an unfixable problem. Bought a new one for $30.00 and after mentally beating the zeepad down,got it fixed was one ahead for a spare cheaper then I fix it..
p.s. the case is easy to pull apart, the power button has one side of a plastic spring broke.
Put some foam on the power button and saved my unit.
Guess its to much info but many of these are simple physical screwups .
Caution though, if your not sure leave the settings alone. I almost lost this unit when I set resolution to 1920 and had 10 000 copies of screen out. Took me weeks to get back on.....
