JVC Digital Video Camera Mode. No. GR-DA30U
Trying to play back on TV... I've done the following:
Have filters on both AC Power and AV cords
AV Cord is plugged into Camera and TV
Have the proper Input "channel" selected on TV
Selected "LCD-TV" in ON SCREEN Display menu of camera
Tried both 16:9 and 4:3 OUTPUT on Display menu of camera
... Getting audio through TV Speakers
But NO picture other than video noise
Why can't I play back on my TV !!????

It is possible that the movie format on your camcorder is not one that is recognised by your TV

If your remote has a WHO*INPUT buton, that should allow you to select the front input.

Make sure the computer contains the drivers for the camera.
If you would be using FireWire (IEEE1394) it would be no problem.
Check the box the camera came with (or Online) and install the required software. If you have done all that and it still doesn't work try to change the port you connect to. If it still doesn't work you may have an incompatibility issue or a corrupt USB driver which is resolved by reinstalling your computer USB drivers and camera drivers.
