Toner won't load?

Check on mfg site for reset procedure on printer.

after refill the toner may be bias charging roler is not proper fiting
or toner cartridge is not proper insert

Open the front door, lift the clam shell open and carefully replace or empty the white used toner container. Replace and turn the blue knob clockwise a few times.

MHHH, it seems as if its empty but it might be that it has humidified. Take out the toner and shake it side ways without compassion, then you slow down and shake it gently a couple of times then install it at the drum. You can also verify if this is true if you take out the toner and watch the roller and see if its loaded with toner. If it looks shinny with almost no toner it what I just exposed. Luck

You see these machines needs to be kept very well.
1. the machine is not sensoring your toner.
a) need for the machine to be serviced it probably has a lot of spill toner inside.
b) toner empty sensor is not positioned properly.
b) the toner empty sensor is not functioning properly and needs to be changed.

Possible Problems:
1)Out of / Low on Ink.
Solution : replace the ink
2)Printer Setting
Solution : Check to make sure the lighter/darker slider is somewhere near the middle. This will be in the configuration screen on your printer.

Make sure you have the plastic seal on the toner bottle. The seal prevents toner from spilling inside the machine.

It could be that the black developer unit is clogged. The toner low sensor is located in the black developer unit. A trained copier tech may be needed to troubleshoot this.

changed black K cartridge with new one but still shows black toner empty! Could toner cartridge be faulty?
