What is econo mode for - Frigidaire FAC126P1 wall/window Air Conditioner

It is called Econo Mode or green mode.....meaning that it will use less energy

FRANKLY i LIKE MY ECONO MODE BUT I LIVE IN FLORIDA WHERE THE ROADS ARE MOSTLY FLAT. THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT IT SUPPOSE TO CUT DOWN ON FUEL AND WEAR AND TEAR ON THE VEHICLE. I HAVE A HAD A 2014 AND A 2015 EQUINOX AND ALWAYS KEPT IT IN THIS MODE. GOOD LUCK.

If no check your Hi Limit sensor, it is a thermal protection/overheat sensor which is the spas safety device. If that sensor is bad the spa will not operate/heat at all.

Test the water inlet electro valves.

The transmission select button varies the shift points , eg; when in 'econo' the trans will shift sooner than when in 'power' mode.
'power' will be to keep the transmission in a higher gear (engine RPMs higher = more power ).

i take it car is an auto... this means car is in economy mode rather then power mode... hope this helps cheers

Econo cool is usually for inverter driven compressors, it will run the compressor at a slower speed, hence using less electricity. Cooling capacity is, however, somewhat reduced.

• Open door, push and hold Delicate/Econo button, then turn the dishwasher on while holding Delicate/Econo button.
• Release Delicate/Econo button.
• If module beeps, then end of cycle tone is on. PressDelicate/Econo button to disable tone.
• If module doesn’t beep after button is pressed, then tone is disabled.
• Turn off dishwasher to save selection.
