Wolfgang Puck Espresso Maker Makes Weak Coffee

My Wolfgang Puck WPEM0020 Super Automatic Espresso/ Cappuccino Maker worked great out of the box. Then I adjusted the 1-cup capacity and everything was OK too. Then I customized some other settings (strength, brew quantity, etc) and now it brews a very weak cup of coffee. When it starts, the coffee and crema coming from the spout look rich and delicious. Then, about half-way through the brewing process, the liquid coming from the spout turns to hot water and weakens the brew. Any suggestions to alleviate this problem? What I have tried so far: -Removed/replaced/reseated breww group; -Cleaned bean hopper, -Tried setting intensity to 'Bold'. None of this has worked. Please help. Michael Wilhelm [email protected]
