    i cant change my themes. the phone has 4 themes already installed and cannot be changed.

Just google w302 themes and you will get plenty of them. transfer them from your pc to phone using the usb cable.

How to install themes?
You can't. The w302 is manufactured by Sagem (not Sony), and is therefore a bit different from most other Sony Ericsson phones. It doesn't recognize the theme-files that you would use for other SE phones.
