I was receiving an F3E2 Error code which states something to do with the water temperature sensor. I got a new water temperature sensor and replaced. Now the washer will run fine without any clothes in the tub but when I put clothes in the error code immediately comes back up and will not run. What else should I be looking for as a problem?
The whole service guide is here: http://www.scribd.com/doc/14156367/MAH2400a-Tech-and-Tshooting-Manual
SOURCE: Washer spins but not enough to extract water from clothes or tub.
it sound to me to be the water pump, with all the water in the tub, the machine dont spin ok, and the water is extracted by centifugal force, not by pumping as it should be, call a tech, this is a hard job for regular people..good luck

I had the exact same problem. nd code (no-drain) at the end of the cycle and when I opened the door the machine was still full of water. I took the back panel off the washer and disconnected the drain hose from the pump. (You're going to get quite a bit of water gushing out at you so be prepared with towels or a shop vac.) At this point you should see a little rubber disc over the end of the section you just exposed on the pump. This is a little drain flap. Just lift it up and you should be able to see into the pump a little bit. At this point I poked around in there with my finger and found a hair pin stuck in the pump! I wasn't able to get it out from this end of the pump so I disconnected the big rubber boot which connects the wash drum to the pump. Then I was able to twist the pump (counter clock-wise) and release it from the washer base. I didn't have to disconnect any wires and was then able to see into the other side of the pump and pull the hairpin out. Put everything back together and it's worked fine ever since. I've never even looked inside a washing machine before but it really was really fairly simple. Now my husband really does think I'm a domestic Goddess. I said he should take me out to dinner with the money we saved on a service call!!

This is now the 3rd time this has happened. The 1st 2 times it cost me ~$100 to have a technician come in and fix.
This time, I did it easily. For my Maytag Neptune washer, I removed the back panel (2 screws). On the bottom tray is the water discharge pump. On the output side of the pump there is a small cavity under the rubber flapper where a nickle fits perfectly. I removed the nickle, reattached the output drain line. started it up ...
and viola! the problem solved.

Hi 2pleach
If you are taken dC/uC errors I think you have to drop the clutch out again and see if you can clean and Re-Lube the One-Way Roller clutches/bearing. I wonder if you have a slight tub seal leak causing this issue to reoccur. Did you follow my clutch maintenance/replacement post Clutch repair post on this site? As you know I’m a DIY’er/owner as you. You did the right troubleshooting with the TDS check.
I have posted solutions under dh1200s and FAV6800AWDIY. I feel I have 50+ machine saves $1k original cost I think between this site, FIXITNOW.COM, APPLIANCEJUNK.com Appliance repairparts.com forum. I go by dh1200s on those forums. The bulk of this FAV6800AW/FAV9800A machine owners flock to this forum…..I should get some consulting $fee$....:) but I do it for nada just trying help owners like myself not junk a $1000 machine.
Regarding the struts see this post. I feel if you are going to chime in on a fix you should know the subject matter. If the tub sets level and returns to normal after the TDS checks you are good to go…..not rocket science just common sense and good old fashion troubleshooting. A lost art among some repair folks or they never had it to begin with.
You are a very savvy DIY’er let’s drop the clutch out again. Please look at this post I show how to test if the One-Way Roller clutches are not locking up in the CCWSpin cycle direction. Don’t get distracted with misinformed info about the front struts.
I can give you phone support if necessary just let me know what I can do to help…. I push no snake oil fixes….:)…Rich I go by *D*i*c*k* but this BS board blanks it out as a nasty .
