Nothing available as a spare part from Sunbeam anymore.

If you're in Australia you can call 1800 025 059 option 1 and ask.

You can find a manual for the BM2100, BM3500S or BM7800 at http://www.sunbeam.com.au/Pages/Support/ManualSearch.aspx (if that helps for recipes)

Otherwise I have the Service Manual Only.
