Computer is moving to slowly and their is a pop-up box asking me to install program and I don't want it.

sounds like you have been infected! run a anti virus /malware/trojan scan ASAP. I would install several types from various free trials and run each one (not all at once). I say install more than one because often times, what one does not pick up, another will. make certain after intalling that you update them before running.
also open your task manager (hit control/alt/delete all at once) and see what is running in the background that you havent seen before and check /close the unfamiliar program
also go into your control panel/install/uninstall programs and see if you inadvertently installed something while online. again, look for an UNFAMILIAR program (and chk the web to make certain it is not something you need!). UNinstall what ever it is.
Always, read very carefully, when installing something new that you are not getting all sorts of toolbars and added junk with the program. often times folks simply ckick "yes" "intall" as they go along and do not look down to see the added junk. Notice how they have boxes checked for you! uncheck those!
Once you have it all cleaned up you can uninstall the antvirus programs you do not need.

My labtec webcam is not showing image after intallation

Uninstall the software and also disconnect the webcam from the PC. Now shut down the PC and restart. Check the program list to see if the webcam is uninstalled. Now connect to site and download the drivers of the webcam. Once installed connect the webcam as it will be detected as a new device and will install automatically.
now the Icon must appear for opening the webcam. if not there can be errors in the software or the webcam. Try with another PC to confirm.

Dear Sir, I removed WinDVD 9 from my notebook. The Windows installer is running there. I can't install any software and even can't turn off my machine. Then I tried to install WinVD 9 again. After a...

Yes it is possible to change from WinXP pro to Vista Ultimate, you will need to get a Genuine Vista Product and then follow the instructions, you will need to first remove all the programs or data you need so you can format the Laptop and then its clean and ready for something new. About the WinDVD 9 and other related errors am guessing you never used uninstaller (Recommended Uninstaller), there are programs meant to wipe clean your machine leaving no part behind if you are to uninstall a program, because if its an incomplete uninstall your machine will have problems as the registry will be messed up and corrupted leading to other fatal problems. After such incidences you will need a registry cleaner (Recommended Registry Repair Pro) to clean the mess and enable fixing all the problems you machine is facing because other means would be more technical.

hello.
this may work with your windows 7 install.
have you seen this page?

http://support.sony-europe.com/dime/downloads/downloads.aspx?site=odw_en_GB&f=ppckg_uninstll

and under "overview features" it says:
"Picture Package" and "ImageMixer Ver.1.5" supplied with Cyber-shot or Handycam are not compatible with Windows Vista. For users who have accidentally installed these software into Windows Vista, we are offering "Picture Package Uninstaller" as the uninstallation tool."

again this MIGHT work with your windows 7 install.

also you might try the compatibility mode:
Right click the shortcut you use to start the program and select the compatibility tab for you options.there.
