The wi-fi is turned off and I kind of need help turning it on. FN + (twice of) F3 did the trick back then (but my friend did it), cause FN + (once of) F3 just turned on the bluetooth. But now I can't seem to turn on the wi-fi with FN + (twice of) F3? Can you suggest other techniques?

Install the driver if not yet installed. If installed, you need to install the Launch Manager which can be found at Acer's support website. After installation, press Fn+F3. You can now turn on or off your bluetooth (together with your Wi-Fi.
On the Aspire One D260-a .To turn on and off the wi-fi next to space bar press the fn button and press f3 and the light for the wi-fi on botton left will come on and do it again to turn off.
There must be a small slide switch nearby the Wi-Fi led, or a keystroke combination with Fn key and one of the F keys (it must have the apropriate wi-fi symbol)
Look carefully on your "Function" keys example, F1, F2, F3 to F12 that are located above your keyboard. On each function keys, there is an icon. One of those is wi-fi. Find which function key has the wi-fi icon then find key to activate those functions. It is called "Fn" key (located in the bottom of your keyboard near "Ctrl" or "Alt"). Now press and hold "Fn" + "F#" then release. This should turn on your wi-fi. On mine, I have wi-fi on "F8" so I would press "Fn" + "F8".
