Virus How we can prevent our cameras from virus?

There may be a virus effected on your phone.
connect the phone to your PC and scan it with an anti virus..

Possible there are corrupt files or the card is infected with virus that prevents it to be detected in your PC. Also if the PC is having virus in the OS then it can show such an error.
You must try to see if the card is detected on another PC to confirm or check with another card on your PC.Only if detected can the card be formatted.
copy and then delete off all files before formatting

In addition to whatever antivirus you may have get Malwarebytes and ComboFix froma clean computer. Boot into safe mode and run both from there. They find things regular AV software doesn't see.

try to make format your mobile by this number *#7370* may be the virus is preventing to opening the cam.

no components are attacked by viruses or trojans, only software and the bios can be attacked, and obviously they are prevented by antivirus/spyware programmes

I had the same problem. push the menu button and then the right arrow over to the settings menu. Scroll to the bottom and there is a choice called "Format" select it and it will ask you "Delete all photos?" and say yes. then you will see the screen changing colors and then within a couple of seconds the screen is ready and you can take pictures. Luckily I had just downloaded all my photos onto my computer when this happened so i was able to delete the photos on the card with no regrets. 

If the virus cam from the CD itself, you should send it back to the company you got the camera from and tell them. If the virus was on your computer already, it may be preventing you from installing the driver, in which case you need to remove the worm.
