I would gently suggest as a first step that you clean the drain motor/pump lint tray/filter. So many 'faults' are caused by blocked filters and many machines will not even go to rinse or spin or release the door lock if there is any water still left inside.
Following are my complete and generic guidance notes for checking both the drain motorfilter and the drain motor ;-0)
REMOVE POWER AND ENSURE YOU HAVE A WATER RECEPTACLE/RAGS TO SOAK UP THE WATER WHICH IS BOUND TO POUR OUT (alternatively use a wet vac as sensibly suggested by VinnyB1234!)
If you are unsure where the filter is, it is often behind the front lower (kick) panel (or in some machines at the rear in an awkward position!). These panels are either held on by (plasic) screws or will just pull off. Most filters are held in by a round cover/knob. Sometimes the filter will not come out with the cover and you will have to persuade it to come out to play.
It's surprising what people have found in theirs! It is always worthwhile checking it on a regular basis.
Now- whilst the filter is removed it is normally possible to see the drain motor and ensure it is not jammed by a foreign object such as a needle or a toothpick. It should be able to be turned by hand/finger- the power IS OFF!
At this point it is also possible to test if the motor works. No clothes or water in the machine, select a spin cycle and put the power back on. You should be able to see the motor turning at some point, possibly straight away. Using something suitable like a glove see if it is easy to briefly slow the motor down. If it is easy then the motor is malfunctioning.
If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

I would say that having checked the fuel and air filters that theres a stong possibillity the turbos not kicking in, dont forget an x5 is a big lump and without a turbo the result would be as you describe. regards KSK
I had this problem with the C2 11 error code. My unit is 1.5 years old. I called Paloma and they emailed me an 11 page document to clean the burners. I am not an HVAC but I got the feeling that's who the instructions were for. Very difficult but you can do it if you're handy. You basically take apart 1/2 the unit, be carfull not to lose any screws and label all the little brackets that come off. It took me 2-3 hours to get to the burners. I used a can of air (for keyboards-electronics) to blow on the burners and clear any build up. After putting it back together (carefull to make sure the 3 gas tubes make a seal when re-installed) the unit works. I did this today so I'm not sure the unit will still work in a week/month. I am dreading having to do this every year to keep the unit running.
open the bonnet. Look where the Clutch & Brake Oil Pan is. Right under this on Engine there is a black plastic round shaped with fuel pipes for inlet and outlet. Remove the car battery from tray (you need rachet with long beck to open bolt). From this side have a look and you'll find a bolt (need star key screw driver) open this bolt remove inlet and outlet pipes by pressing the button like lockheads on these pipe ends and pulling outside and the power adapter plug below the filter.Pull the filter ( you might be needed to remove turbo air filter case and pipes in case if the filter is stucked with a leg in the engine bracket). Here is your Diesel Filter in your hands. Took me about two hours for replacing the filter.
You cannot clean out the ports in the turbo. I tried and tried! Broke down and took it in. Needed a whole new vortex/canister assembly. There was a known warranty issue about the gasket at the bottom of the canister causing issues with clogs in the turbo/vortex area. Of course mine was out of warranty; also got a new HEPA filter; about $100. This is where I took it and they were very knowledgable about Dyson's.
Looking at several LG Washer service manuals, the error code LE ( Lock Error) could be any one of several things: a 3 pin connector in the wire harness going to the motor, It could also be the harness itself between the Motor and Circuit Board Controller ( PWB) assembly has been damaged or cut..or the hall sensor used to detect drum speed while it rotates may be defective or the main control board ( PWB) "printed wire board " is defective. Lots to pick from but these are the likely candidates... hope this helps
